因為過去一個星期要到中國所以今日才繼續有關惠普公司的平板噴畫機,包括FB700及FB11000,本來應該是一部很好的機器;但好可惜,因維修部或者銷售同事的不了解(或者是知道部機有問題所以要客戶盡快收貸) 就指責客戶要求多多不願意收貨; 但我想問部機水平不正經调較多次,一兩天又不正了;自動吸紙器不正常操作/每小時要停機4次以上(因要清洗噴頭)是否就是正常呢?
要他們維修,就要你先收貨! (明知部機有問題,你會收貨嗎?) 不則就不出現,簡直就是一個不負責任的公司;以前都不是這樣的話最後就用你不供機就要 告你拖機走,但到現在部機仍放在本公司仍未拆走,所以本公司唯有就告上法庭;要术倍償;8百多萬的機,這個結果,你會買嗎?

To all spray paint, sticker industry,
I was absent for a week due to my business trip to China and today I would like to continue the situation related to HP inkjet printer FB700 & FB11000. To my concern, both FB700 & FB11000 are good printers but for some reasons the maintenance department as well as the sales in HP misunderstandings (or rather they knew that there was a problem towards the printer) they needed us as a client to sign for the delivery completion and then later pushes the blame to us that our request of not accepting the printer conditions was more than what they could provide.
I would like to ask all of you, if the printer level has to be adjusted occasionally and wouldn't be stable in a day or two and every day we have to switch off the printer every four hours due to the cleansing of the nozzle.
Do you think this is normal for a printer to operate??
When we requested them for a repair service, they wanted us to first confirm the printer completion ( you knew there was a problem towards the printer will you still accept it) if not they would not turn up for the repair services.
This is a totally irresponsible company. Their services wasn't like this back in the olden days and they're going to sue us as well as picking up the printer because of not paying the installment.
Right now, they still haven't pick up the printer and our company is filing a law case to sue HP for the loss they have caused.
In return, would you buy a printer that cost 8million Hong Kong dollar?
