We can most certainly issue you an RMA so you can return the items back to us.
First, we would need you to Add and Verify the information on the products that you will be returning.
Then repackage your items in the retail box like in a new condition and put it in an approved shipping container with protective material such as a bubble wrap. We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions once we get your serial number.
Please DO NOT manually return the package without an RMA number, it will be rejected and returned to you.
Please be sure to include all shipping, customs, and related forms on the OUTSIDE of the shipment, so that shipping and customs officials can access the documents as needed. Be sure to print all forms that were provided by support, or with the label.
