就是念念不忘不死心地安裝、重新開機、解除安裝、重新開機....，暗！...有沒有這麼死心眼
搜尋了幾番之後，一直找不到合適的解決方案
終於就在今天，就是今天，我看見了那麼光！！
詳見下面引用說明(適合於Win XP)
簡言之，安裝完適合版本的Setpoint之後發現抓不到滑鼠鍵盤，請跟我這麼做
1.在系統列的小ICON上點右鍵結束setpoint
2.點[開始]，[執行]，輸入%windir%，後點確定，即開啟 Windows資料夾（或可直接從我的電腦開啟）
3.開啟systems/drivers資料夾
4.將重新命名wdf01000.sys 成為 wdf01000.bak
5.重新安裝Setpoint
＊6.從新開機前，確認wdf01000.sys有出現在systems/drivers資料夾，如沒此檔，將原先wdf01000.bak再次重新命名回wdf01000.sys；重新開機時如沒此檔，您的滑鼠/鍵盤將無法適切地運作
7.重新開機，即可使用Setpoint設定您的滑鼠/鍵盤
網頁中，未提及wdf01000.bak應如何處理，小弟是將他刪除了，因為*.bak應該是備份檔，原資料夾中似也無類似備份檔，所以刪了，目前同時使用VX NANO與RX1500均沒問題。
心得：忍不住想Mmurmur一下，羅技驅動寫得2266經過這次的經驗確有深刻體驗。說什麼在安裝驅動程式要停用防毒、防火牆等軟體...一整個就是user unfrienderly，就算我真的這樣做，也還是沒用；看完整個解決方案，小弟一整個感覺就是驅動程式沒寫好，所以它無法妥善地安裝完成；真是一顆老鼠屎，壞了一整窩會跑的老鼠啊！
這麼支持羅技，還幫他們寫FAQ，暗...助長強者非我本性啊，應該給點benefit利誘吧？！例如下次來個新品測試使用之類的..

Before starting and to avoid complications:
* Make sure you have sufficient user rights to install software.
* If possible, disable any antivirus software as they may cause incomplete SetPoint installation.
Procedure 1 for Windows XP systems
1. Uninstall existing versions of SetPoint. For instructions on uninstalling SetPoint, please see Knowledge Base article 7653.
2. Download, save and install the latest SetPoint version from the .
3. Verify if the SetPoint software is working properly by checking if the "My Mouse" and "My Keyboard" tabs are available.
4. If the problem persists, follow the steps below (procedure 2).
Procedure 2 - Additional Steps for Windows XP systems
1. Exit SetPoint by right-clicking on the SetPoint icon in the taskbar and selecting "Exit".
2. Click on the "Start" button and in the run box, type "%windir%".
3. Open the "system32" folder.
4. Open the "drivers" folder.
5. Rename the file "wdf01000.sys" to "wdf01000.bak".
6. Reinstall SetPoint.
Warning: Please check and verify the wdf01000.sys file is present. If not, immediately rename wdf01000.bak back to wdf01000.sys. If rebooting without this file, it may prevent some of your hardware including mice and keyboards from working properly.
7. Reboot the computer.
8. After system is booted up, run SetPoint and check if the tabs appear properly. ..(恕刪)

1.此法似乎不適用於藍芽鼠, 如您使用藍芽鼠,請參考15樓locadia提供之方案
2.小弟自從更換系統Win7後(其實還有OSX),就沒遇過這樣的問題, 不曉得是不是雙方的驅動程式也更新了?!
