system was crash after I update FW couple weeks ago, and this is 2nd times, and lose the DATA at that time, the same situation happen again at this time, now I give up the TS-168 and just want my DATA back, so how can I get the DATA from my HD without TAS-168 (system re-star again agin and never STOP), and I have 2set of TS-231P & 1set TS231+, Please give me the infor that HOW to use the TS-231P(+) to get the data out, TAS-168 pretty awful NAS :(
NOTE:TAS-168 (I close all of APP without NAS(storage-data) function, Its pretty lite of load that still cause system crash,TAS-168 pretty terrible & awful QNAP-NAS)

Thanks for contacting QNAP. It seems your TAS-168 has hardware faulty. If you wish to read your data from the HDD. Please try to perform system migration.
As long as the HDD is working fine. Then you are able to migrate system into a compatible model.

it's pretty stupid the way you suggestion that to get the QNAP ( TS-216G and TS-233), I did not have them.
HaHa easy way is to get TAS-168 that problem are solved.

is this a machine answer? please to get the HUMAN to answer my question, I have TS-231P & 1set TS231+ the machine already that to get the DATA out from 2 kind of NAS are possible or NOT?
