Synology DS2015xs 10GbE-ready NAS

最近很多廠商都在推 10G NAS 的 solution. Synology 也於 2014 年底推出最新的 DS2015xs NAS.

採用的是 Annapurna AL-514 Quad Core 1.7GHz CPU

*The AL-514 has four ARM Cortex-A15 cores running at 1.7 GHz
*The Cortex-A15 cores are configured with LPAE (large physical address extension) that allows addressing of more than 4 GB of RAM (the DS2015xs supports up to 8 GB)
*The SoC has two 10G Ethernet MAC IPs integrated

傳輸效能
原廠所公佈的傳輸效能上, 如預期 2*10GbE port 讀取可以達到接近 20Gbps 的極速, 但比較特別的是在寫入部份, 遠低於讀取的效能, 僅達到 792Mbps.
