QNap NAS security patch - Samba_Fix_CVE-2012-1182_ARM

QNap 官網上最近出了一個 Samba security patch 程式. (請至下載區下載)

This security fix patches the current Samba (SMB/CIFS protocol) and improves its security by preventing remote code execution as the "root" user from an anonymous connection (CVE-2012-1182).
How to install: Please first upgrade your NAS firmware to only 3.6.1 (or 3.6.2 for TS-1679U series), and then apply this patch in NAS web administration:
Application Servers -> QPKG Center -> Get More, Click "Browse" to select the .qfix file and then click "Install"

至於它修正了什麼? 有興趣的人就自行 google 囉! 小弟也不清楚.

ps: 使用 Synology NAS 的 User, 請更新至 DSM 4.0-2219 之後的版本, 即已包含此 patch.
