Seagate晶鑽2.5寸usb3.0 的寫入速度好慢？

以下是小弟用Crystaldiskmark跟hd tune pro所做的測試
寫入速度真是慢的可以
把資料傳到外接硬碟時，每秒也只有約不到40mb的速度
請問一下這是正常的嗎？為什麼呢？
請各位大大幫忙，謝謝

2.5寸本來就不快了
不然3.5是大假的

也差不多了
2.5" 5400轉的硬碟就是這速度
要快請買7200轉
