求助！iPhoneX & iPad Air 2莫名的空間不足

我的iPhone X跟iPad Air 2儲存空間被一個莫名的「媒體Media」佔據了非常大的空間，即使我都已經把很多App暫存都清除了，仍然一樣，我也有使用調整日期的方式確定所以已被刪除的照片皆已刪除，上網查大家似乎都是被「其他」佔據空間而非「媒體」，但我查國外卻有不少人有一樣的問題，只是蘋果客服的標準答案都是叫我們去「一般」->「管理儲存空間->刪除佔空間較大的App....

我已經刪到沒有什麼好刪了⋯⋯請救救我

國外都是蘋果官方的回覆如下：
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. It will then show the apps that are using your storage listed in order of usage.

Then focus on the apps with the most storage and delete data as appropriate. Large videos and podcasts that take up a lot of storage, can often times be deleted because you can usually download them again if you want view them.

Note: deleted photos are not necessarily deleted from the phone. You may have to go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and delete them from there to truly free up storage.

Then restart your phone.
