請問如何完全移除google的程式？

剛才我想移除Picasa，因為都沒在用 google software update agent 還每天每天跳出來要我更新，又沒辦法永久關掉，很煩。
但我找不到google software update agent在哪，系統裡找了一下，才發現google的東西到處都是！
除了網路上人家說刪掉之後update agent就不會再跳出來的 ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.google.keystone.agent.plist
我還找到 ~/Library/Google/ 裡有 GoogleSoftwareUpdate.bundle和一堆其他東西、
/Library/Logs/ 裡有 GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent.log、
另一個 Google folder 在 ~/Library/Application Support/
和 ~/Library/Preferences/裡有 com.google.picasa.plist 和com.google.Keystone.Agent.plist
.......OMG they are EVERYWHERE!!
我從頭到尾也才裝過Picasa一個google application而已，怎麼有這麼多有的沒的啊。
用spotlight找結果落落長，我還沒全部列出，也不知道哪些是可以刪的，用 AppCleaner也只找到Picasa主程式和/Library/Preferences/com.google.picasa.plist .....
嗚...我不喜歡程式移除不乾淨的感覺
想把update agent和Picasa一起清乾淨，還有那些google元件，誰可以教教我？謝謝！
