Xcode註冊問題

請問板上有在使用Xcode的大大們，
我的Xcode出現這個問題，不知道要怎麼排除？

Failed to create provisioning profile.
There are no devices registered in your account on the developer website.
Plug in and select a device to have Xcode register it.

意思是我沒有註冊嗎？
可是我有去開發者網站登入過自己的apple ID了，不知道還少了什麼步驟？

請大大們指導一下！
