iTunes無法開啟

今天打開iTunes時

突然跳出這串英文

iTunes was not installed correctly

Please reinstall iTunes Error7(Windows error 999)

小弟我已盡力爬文

徹底刪除也嘗試過了

始終無法解決

有哪位大大遇過這種問題已解決的呢?或是有解決方法呢?
