各位大大,

小弟今天在正常使用下將Outlook關閉,沒多久要再次開啓時,就出現下面的資訊
求救 Office 2011 for MAC Outlook 資料庫毀損

而我依照指示嘗試重建資料庫,但還是失敗
求救 Office 2011 for MAC Outlook 資料庫毀損

於是乎開始上網找解決方式,
我依照下面這個網址一步一步的操作,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2409331/en-us
但是從Step1 至 Step5 都無法解決,
目前只能用Step6的方式新建身份來開啓Outlook,
但是這樣等於我Outlook原本的資料全沒了
先前也沒用過匯出的功能,所以沒有 .olm檔案

我看email相關資料應該都是在
Office2011 Identities --> Main Identity --> Data Records 底下的樣子?
這邊想請問有經驗的大大,我還有什麼方式可以將email抓出來呢?

在此拜託了..., 裡面有我公司好幾年的信件呀

BTW, 有使用Time Machine回復我上週六備份的系統,
而Time Machine回復系統後,則是出現下面畫面,一樣無法重建

If Rebuild or Repair Fails, try these steps:

(Warning this could result in data loss. Create a backup first)

1. Create a new Identity then quit Outlook.

Find your Identity folder in the Finder:

Your User’s folder/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Data Records
2. The new Identity contains a Data Records folder.

3. Copy the Contacts, Events, Folders, Mail Accounts, Message Attachments, Message Sources, Messages, Note and Signatures folders into the new identity’s Data Records folder replacing the new folders from your Identity that will not rebuild or repair. NOT the root Data Records folder. Only the subfolders listed here.

4. When you open Outlook, select to rebuild the database

Start Outlook in Safe Mode

* Restart your computer holding down the Shift key. You’ll see Safe boot (you can release the shift key at this point) More info on using Safe Mode.
* When booting into safe mode it forces your computer to run various maintenance tasks and disables all fonts but the system fonts.
* Continue the login for your User’s account. (all startup items are disabled)
* Run Outlook. If the problems went away, see Troubleshoot Office for how to test when safe boot works.
Create a new Identity

Outlook creates a new Identity in the Database Utility

* Hold down the Option key when launching Outlook
* This brings up the Database Utility
* Select + “Create a new identity”
* Select “Set as Default”

Options:
If you have IMAP or Exchange accounts you can enter your account info and let Outlook sync back to your server.
Export your Entourage data as .rge or .mbox file and import into Outlook rather than using import from an older version.
Export your current Outlook Identity as .olm file. Import this file into the new Identity.
* Under File in the Menu bar select Export
* Select the default setting to export all items as Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)
* When the export is complete without errors you’ll see this window. Save this file to your Desktop
* Switch to the new Identity. Under File in the Menu bar select Import
* Select Outlook Data File (.PST or .olm) Click Continue.
* Select Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm) > Continue > Select the Outlook for Mac Archive.olm file on your Desktop.
* The imported file can be found in the folder list under Archived Mail.
* Toggle open to view your folders. You will need to select mail in the default folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent) and move them to the new Identity’s default folders. Other folders you created can be dragged to their correct location. Delete the archived folder structure after you have moved all mail.
* Check for “Archived” in Contacts, Calendar events, Tasks & Notes. Move these items to their correct locations then delete the archived folder structure.

btw,你該不會有用bootcamp的程式在MAC OS 和 Windows間切換吧?
我後來發現是因為這關係造成時間上誤差,導致OSX 的outlook出問題,
問題修好後我就不敢用bootcamp, 改用VirtualBox了

你是哪邊遇到問題? 我上週才幫同事解決一次而已,
主要步驟其實只有幾個...
1. Create a new Identity then quit Outlook.

建立一個新id後, 把他設定成預設, 然後開outlook再關掉,
你會發現你新設的id目錄底下, 會自動新增一堆目錄,
再來就把有問題id底下的目錄 copy過去 , 然後再開outlook , 這時outlook會要求rebuild ,
重建一次就ok了...

當中我想最關鍵的複製, 應該是 "folder" 這個,
你點進去看, 會發現 "folder" 底下, 還有分 0k 1k 2k 5k ...etc的子目錄,
如果你第一次是全部複製過去新的id底下, 然後outlook重建失敗,
那就要重來一次, 試著在複製"folder" 這目錄時, 底下的資料不要一次全部copy ,
我是分一半, 例如先copy 0k~10K的目錄, 然後開outlook做重建, 如果沒問題, 再複製11K~xxK的目錄,然後再重建

目錄的話, 大概是這樣:

不行, 有些是不能複製過去的,
最好只選上述說的那些目錄,
另外 rule 這個目錄也可以, 我有試過沒問題
