help 怎樣可把ITUNES字體變粗 和美感化??? (非亂碼)

Spec of my machine

itunes 7.1.1
OS X 10.4.9
interface language: english

i was wondering how to change the font in itunes, because the default setting of my itunes can't show a gorgeous
font like this.

I didn't install any extra chinese font (all the chinese fonts on my machine are come with OS X).

Please help!
