[Excel for mac] windows：shift + enter，mac 裡的輸入鍵是 ....?

請教各位達人：

在 windows 裡 excel 表格內輸入 shift + enter 可以跳至第二行，而不是跳至下一列
那在 mac os 裡該怎麼輸入呢? 小弟從 shift、control、option、command 試了一輪都無法完成
麻煩各位大大指導一下了，謝謝。
