For example, you can make those beautiful transitions with Adobe(R) Premiere(R) Pro.
But I guess you would think this is a ridiculous way, right?
Therefore, the prastical answer? PowerPoint.
One more thing is that, the key to make a successful presentation is the content and the skills to give the speech instead of those transitions effects.
