在執行bootcamp的安裝助理時, 出現"不能使用BootCamp助理" 要我更新我的電腦固件使用此設置助理.
要怎樣解決呢?

我是用MBP 2.0 應該要怎麼辦呢? 才剛執行安裝...

我的firmware已是10.4.6. 透過軟體更新, 已經是最新的狀態了...
還有哪裡需要更新呢?
況且他提到的是“固件", 應該是指hardware吧?
大家都沒遇過這種狀況嗎?

10.4.6 is the version of your OSX, not the firmware's
also you can't download firmware from software update directly ...
So you may need to go to apple's site to download it manually

Yes, review the installation guide and your suggestion, I got the answer.
In addition to my software update, the firmware update should download the newest firmware from "www.apple.com.tw/support/downloads", right?
I just complete it, and update my firmware version to be 1.0.1.

Thanks for your help. It's really a very good experience for a new MACer.

請教:
我下載後新的固件,安裝的時後以經被告知這是最新的固件不需再更新,但是再裝bootcomp安裝時又說這不是最新的固件,實再有夠茅鈍..............所以我到現在還是不能裝bootcomp,有夠無奈...(有人說是第一批生產的會發生這樣的問題,)不知道有誰知道這台Mac mini for intel cpu還有沒有辦法可以安裝...............

它所謂的固件就是軔體(Firmware)的意思.
點一下樓上的連結. 將Firmware upgrade到1.0.1就可以安裝了.
我的就是這樣完成的. 過了這一關. 後面就順了...加油

之後要安裝，它也出現"不能安裝在這台電腦上"
跟我執行boot camp出現一樣的訊息???
為什麼會這樣
我的ibook G4是10.4.6

要Intel CPU的機器(intel iMac、MacBook Pro、intel Mac mini)才可以使用Boot Camp安裝Windows喔
PowerPC核心的機器(PowerBook、iBook、iMac G5、Mac mini G4、PowerMac G5)是無法安裝的
