ways to solve it.
1. maybe if you complain hard enough. you can ask to exchange for the upcoming model and pay the reasonable difference.
2. use a software called coolbook to lower the voltage. in addition, use another software to limit the fan speed. (many people are able to use both and keep it reasonable cool and quiet)
