verify disk 在macbook

今天覺得macbook 有點慢
用Disk utility查了一下，打算整理
卻出現

Checking Catalog hierarchy.
)
Checking Extended Attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Volume Bit Map needs minor repair
Checking volume information.
Invalid volume free block count
(It should be 2105853 instead of 2105601)
The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired.

Volume needs repair

＝＝＞verify failed.

現在我不知道該如何是好，也看不出來是檔案有毀損或是任何問題
不理他我很怕,硬碟又給我壞一次，
我打算把音樂再移出來
這樣會比較好嗎？
