最近電腦很不穩尤其是在bootcamp下

就算是在OS X 10.5.4 還是覺得有點不對勁

拿出mac 的 apple hardware test disc測了四個小時沒發覺任何問題

抓下來 memtest86 v2.01 intel base mac 可以用的 ISO

才剛跑一下子就滿江紅

我有三條記憶體, 單獨測試第一跟第二插槽都會紅
這樣很糟糕...........蘋果不認帳

打電話給澳洲的apple care, 完全不想理你,某種程度我可以了解,但是他跟我虎濫說
就算是memtest的開機片還是需要OS 10作業系統在沒有問題下才不會顯示問題所以他說你的問題是作業系統

他把我當白目電腦使用者

請問大架如果我打電話給台灣或是美國的apple care會有幫助嗎?

call again
tell the new agent ur issue
if they are not going to do anything about it
adv them to u wish to talk to the manager, then they will transfer u to T2, which is the product specialist
then u get to talk to someone with more experience.
they they will be able to help you,
if the agent says no, tell him/her u will write an email to apple and report the bad customer service

確實記憶體檢測軟體, 有時會挑機器,尤其是apple, 型號也會挑,
這點還無法排除

如果你只有在BOOT CAMP 下跑windows 不穩的話
可以先試著以下的方法

1. 在windows 下執行 APPLE SOFTWARE UPDATE
2. 回OSX 系統磁碟工具針對安裝有OSX及WINDOWS系統的磁碟分割區, 執行修復磁碟權限及修復磁碟
3. 重開進windows
4.執行windows磁碟重組
5. 注意一下您裝windows系統的分割區剩餘空間,最好留20%以上（我一般會留25%）
