話說我的黑MACBOOK因為螢幕會閃爍，想說我的APPLECARE是全球都可以用的。
所以就送到L.A.的APPLE STORE維修
想不到蘋果的速度很快（星期一下午送去星期三就用DHL送到家裡）
就在我很興奮時候...............咦.............我的中文鍵盤不見了（變成英文鍵盤）
當天我就打電話給APPLE客服，過幾天就寄來箱子叫我把黑MACBOOK寄回APPLE
不過好景不常之後都說一直調不到中文鍵盤
過了將近一個月才有位主管級打來說很重視這問題
他給了我二條路
1.可以給我一台新的MACBOOK（不過還沒問清楚何款？）
2.等待調到中文鍵盤（不知何年何日？）
不知道有網友遇過我這種類似問題嗎？
想先問問有人知道黑Macbook換中文鍵盤需要多少錢？台灣那邊有的換？

AppleCare will replace your MacBook with a new MacBook of the same product grade as your old one
If your MacBook is the cheapest white model, they will replace it with a new cheapest white model (That’s the USD 1099 one).
If your MacBook is the Black Model, they will replace it with a new Black model (That’s the USD 1499 one).
By the way, a lot of people actually prefer the minimalist and the simplicity of an US Layout keyboard as oppose to a Traditional Chinese Keyboard.

至於你願意接受哪個方案您可以再多做考量，如果即使鍵盤沒有注音你可以漸漸習慣的話其實有台新機也不錯，又可以再用更久。
不過～美國的apple服務真好耶～～台灣～～～要進步～～～～。
