可以幫我分析MBPR 15"四國語言的原因嗎？

我的Mac是2013 Late MBPR 15"高階版(16G Ram, 獨顯)，OSX 10.9.4
最近幾個月，出現四國語言然後shutdown的次數越來越多...，我有稍微留意一下，
幾乎都是在用VLC開啟HD影片時，或是在Safari環境下，瀏覽Facebook往下scroll頁面時當機。

我有用gfxCardStatus這個可以選擇使用內顯或獨顯的小程式。不知道是不是這個因素造成當機？
其實這塊獨顯真的讓我很失望，只要切換到獨顯，用Chrome瀏覽網頁，畫面就會好像被切割，斷斷續續，一點都不像是獨顯的效能...。
