能否請教各位大哥,小弟的Macbook可以正常開機,平常使用上也沒有問題,但是最近開始會突然地就一直轉圈圈轉啊轉個不停(背景會變成灰色的底色),整個感覺就像電腦當在那裡,等啊等了一段時間,還是一直在轉個不停,只好按電源鍵強制關機、重開機都可正常進到作業系統,也不太像是硬體上的問題,不知道是那裡出了問題,google也估不到solution,希望知道如何解決的大大,能不能救救我吧!小弟在此先行謝謝…

小結:
1.症狀:可正常開機,但使用一段時間後,會變成灰畫面,螢幕下方會"Circle with slash"或是狂轉彩球不停,整個死當。
2.由系統監測程式,顯示 disk0S2 I/O error (持續地發生)
最近這幾天自己在搜尋,寫信到Intel詢問,很快就得到回信回覆,然後照信來的作法,作一遍之後就OK,想說把它紀錄下來,給各位大大參考,寫得很亂…
A. 下載Intel SSD Toolbox 安裝在 Windows 下。
B. 拆下之後裝在Windows下的當作第二顆硬碟,(不能用USB-SATA外接方式,裝了也看不到…)
C. 執行 Intel SSD Toolbox 檢測之後,似乎沒太大問題,進行 Secure Earse 清除所有資料。
D. 裝回 Macbook 重裝之後,用Time Machine 還原備份,目前使用上沒看到問題。

Thank you for writing to Intel Customer Support. I am sorry to hear your SSD encountered freezing issue and understand you wish to avail for a warranty replacement. Before we proceed to the replacement, I have suggestion below in case you want to try to fix the drive, run the secure erase (this remove the data on the drive) to format the ssd, see if this could help resolve the freezing issue:
1) Download SSD Toolbox from http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18455
2) Install the SSD Toolbox on a primary hard disk
3) Plug the SSD as secondary drive using a working SATA cable (Do not use an USB-to-SATA adapter).Please refer to more information at http://download.intel.com/support/ssdc/hpssd/sb/intel_ssd_toolbox_frequently_asked_questions.pdf
4) Run the SSD Toolbox; if the SSD is detectable, click on Secure Erase to format the drive (Please note all DATA will be removed)
5) Re-install the operating system if needed
For more detail about secure erase, you may refer to page 28 of the SSD Toolbox user guide inside the SSD Toolbox. Click on the? Mark in the tool, selects "Obtaining More Information", Select "Related Publications" then click on TB User Guide PDF.
I hope the above suggestion was able to help resolving the issue. In case the suggestion did not work, please provide and confirm below information for warranty replacement, the procedure is to pick up the faulty SSD first then send you the replacement via courier. Please keep all accessories (that is if there is any), we will be only picking up the faulty SSD.

感謝各位大哥的回覆,下班可能會先去當初買的地方S...A問看看,忘了補充說明,去年過保之後有換過Intel 335的240G SSD,不知道會不會是SSD出問題,如果是SSD出問題的話,能不能請教各大位哥,可以由什麼樣的工具找出錯誤訊息嗎?
