不知道是否有人覺得MBPr的螢幕很讚，唯一的缺點就是太亮了？？
亮得眼睛很不舒服，而且調低亮度也無法完全解決？？
小弟個人認為是因為APPLE太強調白色，且有亮部強化的感覺
所以影像照片非常討喜，但是看久了眼睛有點受不了
故研究了幾種方法作為改良：
1. 調白點 色溫
(建立一組新的顏色ICC)
系統偏好設定 --> 顯示器--> 顏色--> 選Apple RGB --> 色彩校正
全部都不動, 一直繼續，直到設定「目標白色點」--> 設定在5000-5500K (原始是6500K)
這樣白色會偏紅、顏色整個會偏暖，但是習慣後對於顏色的偏差會慢慢適應，看不太出差別
但是眼睛舒服很多
2. 加強調整 顏色ICC
作法同上：
系統偏好設定 --> 顯示器--> 顏色--> 選Apple RGB --> 色彩校正
但是
進入色彩校正模式後，打開專業模式--> 共會出現5種不同蘋果的灰度 供作矯正！我會把"中灰"和"亮灰"兩組 (也就是第一個 和 第三個) 的拉把，拉到最下面，這時候整個畫面都會偏暗。接著調整gamma值時，通常我設2.2。(如果設定2.6會更黑)，然後一直繼續，並且儲存。
這樣的結果整個畫面灰階都會偏暗，最亮的白點則由F1/F2控制，我就開到一半就好。
這樣眼睛會更舒服，但是畫面的感覺會跑掉很多，一般網頁瀏覽我才這樣看。
3. 轉成反相
如果僅作一般文書，或是參加conference做速打筆記 (螢幕太亮會影響到別人)，我會轉成反相
方法:
系統偏好設定 --> 輔助使用 --> 顯示器 ==>把反相顏色 和 使用灰階 都勾選起來。
4. Automator呼叫使用
MBPr反應速度很快，只要在 系統偏好設定 切換不同的ICC profile，就可以在不同的情境下愉快使用
小弟有時還會設定automator來做切換，速度更快

以上拋磚引玉，希望有同好一起分享保護眼睛的方法，目前我仍有一些想法，可是我做不出來，請高手指點
1. 如果能做出一個ICC profile，只把純白點變成深灰色，其他顏色都保持一樣
雖然畫面有點詭異，可是效果應該不錯
2. 做出一個ICC profile，把畫面全部轉成正常灰階，但是保留純紅和純綠。前者方便閱讀pdf 文件 (只需黑白)，但是後者可以在pdf 畫線、寫重點時保留紅色。
3. 做成app，方便切換

不知道有沒有人能解答
小弟拍照用adobe RGB 色域，在apple 內建ICC profile看起來相當好看，有立體感
我另外用 spyder pro3來矯色，發現矯正完後顏色變得很不討喜 (應該是接近原色)
用Epson stylus pro 3850列印出來也是一樣不討喜
我試著用photoshop去調色，調不出接近的感覺
我便用photosop -->edit--> convert to profile--> 把圖片的adobe色域 asign成 "apple"色域
方法是 "absolute" colorimetric! (用絕對數字把 圖片套進apple色域 來呈現，也無法達到直接用 apple內建ICC profile來看的效果??
