1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac.
2. Open Finder window, click on your iPhone in the navigation column. You are now in the sync window.
3. In a separate tab/window, find your custom ringtones.
4. Drag them onto the title of the sync window (mine says '📱 Mason's iPhone 11 Pro')
5. Your ringtones will appear on your phone.

嗯, 看來只能等 Apple 修正了, 好笑的是我還是可以從 App Store 購買程式, 用 Windows 版的 iTunes 也可以看到記錄, 就是 10.15 自己看不到剛才購買的東西
