I am also a DIY guy and I got a ibook 12 got problem in the power supply. Recently I am looking for digital photo frame for my wife and I now can transform my old ibook to iMac like computer and she can also use it as photo frame. With the new Mac wireless keyboard, it will sure look better. Maybe I can use wooden frame to make it look more like a picture frame, and wireless keyboard to access the machine.
If I finally make it, I will post it here.
Last, I can read chines,e just too poor in typing Chinese on my MB.
