When you are using AC Power, please plug in the battery also in order to run at Full Speed. If you take away the battery when you are running on AC Power, the CPU’s Clock Rate will be locked at 1Ghz.
When you are running on battery power, Intel SpeedStep will automatically adjust the clock rate according to the actual CPU loading. When CPU load is light, SpeedStep will keep the clock rate at a lower level in order to save battery and reduce heat.
The CPU run at full speed according to its loading when using AC Power and battery. I also find this situation.
我只是暗示樓主,不是調電源管理,就是可以full time全速.
而樓主後來,有修正他所指的全速定義了,避免讓別人誤會
