You can laso try visit Sakuraya camera shop (the computer kan) in Shinjuku and they also has a section selling MAC stuff.
In all those stuff I bought in Japan, I find the most useful one is two small "feet" that I stick to the book of iBook and that can pull open and rise the iBook in few degree. That lift the iBook and allow more air flow under my iBook (that is not for iBook only, and it can be use in any notebook computer.
