買了部Mac book pro,但用不了家中的寬頻上網><
我家用的是香港100mb的有線i-cable寬頻,有modem的,在pc上網完全正常
我將line線插了入mac book pro,但開Safari卻彈出無法連線
是否我一開始setting macbook時 set 錯左,令佢用唔到line線上網??
我現在要點set 才能用有線寬頻上網??
1. Switch off your MBP, remove LAN cable from your computer
2. Switch off your i-cable modem
3. Wait for 5 minutes, switch on your i-cable again
4. Switch on your MBP, connect LAN cable, your MBP should be able to connect to internet (make sure your network setting is correct in OSX)
Since i-cable would remember the MAC address of network cards of computers, so you must "restart" your cable modem in order to let it "accept" a new MAC address.
都仍然不行
如果我關了所有再開返,然後連接modem同mbp都不能連上internet
這是否代表我的mbp內的internet settting有錯??
要如何setting??dsnl那些要點setting??
Anyway, you may check the following:
1. System Preference -> Network -> Configure Built-in Ethernet
2. Make sure you are Using DHCP for TCP/IP
If you are sure that you are using DHCP for TCP/IP, let do the procedure again more seriously (assumed that your PC is connecting to i-cable):
1. Disable the i-cable network connection (sorry that I can't give you detail instruction for this, I have no PC around me right now, but probably just right click the network icon on system tray, and select Disable)
2. Switch off your PC, disconnect LAN cable
3. Switch off your MBP
4. Switch off your i-cable modem
5. Wait for 10 minutes (in case i-cable need more time for the lease to expire), then switch on cable modem again
6. Switch on your MBP, connect LAN cable, hope things go right
相信大家對這樣狀況的解決方法都差不多, 但是我還是用我的方式再寫一次給你確認好了....
1. 將你的 cable 線跟 PC 做連結, 並確定是在可以上網的狀態
2. 就在可以上網的狀態下拔除你的 cable 線 ( 不須要將你的 PC 關機喔, 直接拔 cable 線就好 )
3. 拔掉你 modem 的電源
4. 確定 MBP 是在開機的狀態下, 將 cable 線跟 MBP 做連結
5. 恢復 modem 的電源 , 等 5~10 分鐘 （上個廁所冷靜一下)
6. 開 Safari
7.應該是不知不覺地成功了吧! 祝你好運!!!
