一直有疑問 在01 上討論黑蘋果 會被當成全民公敵
如果一樣是購買原版光碟安裝 一樣未更改OS核心
把OSX 裝在一般的PC 上
其他軟體都購買原版
單純只是討論黑蘋果的安裝 不牽涉交易
這樣有哪個地方違法

一樣有提到 不得修改 iphone 的程式
但是 最後這個 也被法官判定是合法的
所以違反 EULA 不見得一定是違法的

目前是有什麼其他法律壓它的協議是違法？

1. 喔喔,原來買蘋果的人,在你心中是炫耀阿？
2.JB手機的人,就是屌？ 不會屌阿～現在很簡單~接線>開軟體>等幾分鐘>破解了

1.是阿,雖然認為 Mac OS X 的EULA不妥,但是沒有法律表示它這樣違法,所以照它的規定走.
2.我也很想用PC零件跑MAC OS X呀～
我個人是很期待有人對於MAC OS X 限於蘋果硬體合法性及合理性的判決案例,
這個出來後,大家就不會爭來爭去了
3.相容機種,蘋果有做過,但是差一點倒掉 (蘋果賺不到甚麼錢)
