在iPhone 4天線事件的說明會上,
Steve Jobs 曾說:
"We're not perfect, And phones aren't perfect either, but we want to make all of our USERS happy. We love making them happy."

所以這次修改訂單內容的動作,並沒有違反上述的原則,
"we want to make all of our USERS happy"
看清楚,人家是說USERS,不是CONSUMERS...
