mini DVI 跟 mini display port 是否有 patent 問題?

市面上是否有下列兩個item的cable ?

1. a cable with mini DVI to both DVI-I and VGA

2. a cable with mini display port to both DVI-I and VGA

如果製造或銷後此cable是否有專利的問題?
( mini DVI 跟 mini display port 是否有 patent 問題? )

3. 我看過的cable 都只有 mini DVI to DVI-I 或是mini DVI to VGA
沒看過mini DVI to ( DVI-I & VGA)
