小弟的問題是我家的ipod 一直在apple logo 這裡不斷的重開電腦也抓不到 ipod
一直重開到沒電充飽又繼續重開電腦（MB)重開也找不到ipod 我是五代的
網路上也找了很多可是都卡在電腦抓不到ipod 有誰能幫我解決呢乾恩！！！

這個情況看起來是IPOD故障了,因為你的症狀是電腦抓不到
如果用其他台電腦也還是抓不到,有可能是硬碟或是內部電路故障了,直接送修會比較快
保固內蘋果會直接換一台給你,不保證是新的,但是外觀看起來是新的
保固外就要付費維修了...價格應該會有點高,因為是整機交換!

Disk Mode.
1) Before placing the iPod into disk mode, you should verify that it is charged.
2) Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Set it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
3) Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons for at least 6 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
4) When the Apple logo appears, release the Menu and Select buttons and immediately press and hold the Select and the Play/Pause buttons until the Disk Mode screen appears.

請送修吧
上各禮拜才剛幫客戶送修一台到高雄蘋果維修中心
買不到兩個月
狀況跟您一模一樣...不斷重開...停留在APLLE LOGO

經過工程師回電...確認是壞了
蘋果說要換一台全新的IPOD

經過幾個工作天終於送回來了...但是要自付運費119元...

這啥門子服務品質呀...還要客戶自付寄回去和收貨運費....還在保固內咧.....
