要搞清楚一件事
維修是由蘋果電腦授權維修中心負責的,
蘋果電腦是算到他們授權維修中心的時間,
水果店是幫忙送修,
晚了送修是水果店的責任。
這等於,水貨商幫忙送日本原廠保修,日本原廠當然是算到他們日本維修中心的時間,
而非你送到水貨商的時間。
不過,蘋果電腦大慨知道在這個Case中,消費者是在保固期中送到通路商,所以給予處理。

朋友,他們是蘋果授權經銷商,也就是蘋果授權他們經銷(而已),
維修是由蘋果電腦授權維修中心處理的,
經銷商做的,只是代為寄送而已。

Apple Computer agreed to handle this case is because that they understand the reasonability is not on the customer but rather the reseller. This is being treated as a special case (Obviously) that is why he received answers from different persons.
Anyway, the final result is Apple Computer is willing to handle this case and provide another 90 days of warranty for the repaired / replaced product for “89631139”, which is a sign of being responsible.
