我就是先聯絡台蘋果跟他們講保固時間跟發票他們沒辦法處理(給理由!)之後他給我美國MAIL跟編號
結果換美國叫我去連絡台蘋果....這算是互相踢皮球嗎

嗯,這個 Customer Relations 部門是比較高級的

我建議直接 call 美國 AppleCare 1-800-275-2273
告訴他們您要聯絡Customer Relations 並給出您的Case ID

我在猜想,
會不會是 AppleCare 部門認定你和發票上的訂購人並非同一人,所以不予處理?
理論上來講,Amazon 不允許硬體出貨到美國以外的地區。
如果使用人和購買人並非同一人,這一點似乎沒有規範...

我建議你可以找你幫你代購的人幫忙,
先把這個狀況反應給 Amazon,
看看 Amazon 能不能提供其他證明文件,
然後再請你朋友寫信給 AppleCare 部門附上文件,
說明這個東西是他送給你的聖誕禮物。
我放棄了...
再跟APPLE這樣一來一往,APPLE不改也不願改多說也無益
希望這次只是單一個案
