你把手機關機看看有沒有辦法運行nike running 的ＡＰＰ

應該是不行的

我在跑步機上跑步所以基本上如果不想背著iphone跑步那就只能用apple watch內建

的運動記錄功能可是內建的功能並無法將運定的資訊傳遞給 nile running

你這樣不叫做直接run nike running

那只是把iphone的讀數用藍芽傳遞到手錶上而已

不信你把手機關掉看看nike running 可以啟動否你就知道了

室內的話, 也是要靠iPhone內的Sensor來模擬跑步的距離...
也就是說iPhone要放口袋或掛在臂套跑...

如果能只戴Apple Watch就能模擬跑步的距離就好了.....
