Here is the latest information:
1) 70% has been sold
2) About a handful residents (less than 10) has moved in
3) The new building by another builder will go on the market in 3 weeks, but the asking price will be $10,000 higher / P
4) Water fountain will not build a fence, it is parent's responsbility to take care of the small kids.
5) A3 are all sold out (I bought the last one)
6) Not too many A2 & A1 left
