I bought 2 units. First unit for my family when I retire and move from Taipei back to Kaohsiung.
Second unit is for investment.
When I bought the first unit, my wife saw the place first. Then, we went in together the 2nd time at 9 am, with $200,000 in cash, we bought it at 10:30 am.
It is true that the price has gone up a little bite since it first went on sale in late Jan. So, the trick is that if you can't get the price lower any further and still like the place, ask for fee staff such as air condition ect...
