If you like the place, figure out if you can afford it. The price will just continue to go up in that areas over the next 2 to 5 years.
Remember Carrefour made a huge investment there, so it has already done a very detailed study.
In New Taipei City, the price is easily $600,000/P. So, 水丰景's price is actually still in reachable range at this time.
I bought 2 units, one as vacation house, one as investment (rental house). Hence, I have a lot of confidence that you won't be paying too much if you look back 2 years from now...

Also, you can 砍 by 1) moving from a higher floor to a lower floor example - instead of 10F, I move down to 6F to get lower the price & move from B1 parking to B2 parking
Also, ask for free staff or have 代銷 give you free staff like 2nd door or A/C, then, depends on the value of the free staff, you can try to exchange for cash.
