不想看的住戶也就直接加黑名單就好了！

If you are estate invester,you DEFINITELY made a wrong decision.

各位不用生氣，論壇是開放的，我也不認同魏先生發言，但誰都可以發言，

真是抱歉...但我也並非和這大樓完全無關...

我當初去看時我本來也打算買2戶打通(總共7房4衛)再加2個平車

因為後來家裡太座反對才沒買...

而我想選這裡的原因就是便宜、安靜.....

但學區、生活機能、交通都不太合乎我的需求....

最重要的是如果以一樣的錢買這裡的80坪

其實已經可以去法院標苓雅區的地(巷弄內)再蓋新透天還有找...

所以我才說這裡的c/p值不高

但適合首購族..
