Sorry that I don't know how to type in chinese but I have been browsing this website ever since my parents brought a house there about 3 months ago.
Personally I live at 桃大悅園 and my dad is going to move in 君臨天下 after renovations are done which will be in 2012 since we are still looking for designers. After seeing so much discussion about how bad the management team is and how everyone on the discussion board feels about the things happening there, I have a few suggestions.
Look for a new management team with good references. I personally like the management team at 桃大悅園. They are nice, friendly and efficient. I have a house there for almost 2 years but have not live there for more than 1 month but every month they e-mail me meeting times and report what agendas they talked about during the meetings. They also posted them on the boards in the building. I saw it when I was there for Chinese new year this year. I do not know if they can handle 君臨天下 since it have over 200 units as for 桃大悅園 has only 60 units.
If you guys want a copy of what they sent me each month, email me (Newtype98@hotmail.com) and I will send a copy to you guys.
I think the management team is one of the most important criteria in a building since its the face of the building.
Hope that all will be well by the time my parents move in. We live in New York now and would like to move back to Taiwan since my Dad is almost 60 and would like to go back to home country. I fell in love with 君臨天下 after I brought 桃大悅園 and thought that its the best place for my parents to retire. My parents can afford 君臨天下 but I can only afford 桃大悅園 so we think that both are great houses in 八德. My original home in Taiwan is in Jhonghe and its still there and its about 20 minutes back and forth.
Sorry for all the blabbering but I just hope that all of you work together to make this place better instead of criticizing each other.

we have lot's of family members live with us here ,
and my uncles also want to move in too, when they retire from the job at Taipei

結合遊民那不就地下一二三都有遊民在進出?

假設在地下室設七個冰櫃擺垃圾
那每個是十到十五萬
若又是建商買單
