In the below video...
Q50 300hp : 5.5sec
Q50 400hp : 4.8sec

But I tested Q60 300hp. The result was 5.2sec. (Q60 usually is a little slower due to its heavier weight!)

So without launch control and T/C on Q50/Q60 400hp could be around 4.5 and almost as fast as R8!!! However, no any car reviewer mentioned about this REAL WORLD performance!!! So most of people including me just underestimate these super fast Nissans...

PS: But the performance may be a little different when the speed is over 100 km/h... I think those European performance cars should perform better because of the different designs for autobahn!!!

The situation become even worse, some medias just provide some totally false information!!!

Even I, an average driver was able to do 0-96 on a rental Q60(300hp) with poor quality gasoline in 5.2seconds!!! The below is 400hp Red Sport version...

This guy claimed his RS400 could do 0-96 in 4.3 second and as fast as AMG and M!!! For 0-96 I think it could be true after some substantial mileages but for AMG and M I think this Nissan is faster than most of AMG and M even when it's brand new...

Considering GT-R only do about 4 seconds without launch control, this Nissan is actually super fast and cheap!!!

So Nissans are actually very fast from 0-100km/h. They may not be very fast on TRACKS but they are super fast on STREETS. They could be the king of the streets beside Tesla!!!

PS: Actually I like good street cars more than good track cars because I don't track my cars or race my cars on streets!!! In addition, good track cars increase maintenance costs a lot which may not be necessary and become wasteful on streets!!!

This Panamera Turbo S is very fast but if its T/C is ON, from 0-100 km/h it is only about as fast as Q50/Q60 RS400!!!

In addition, I think most of the drivers will not be faster with T/C OFF... Not mention it's much more dangerous when the T/C is completely OFF!!!

This old ISF with only catback exhaust modification was fast but if you check its dashboard its T/C was still set to ON!!!

I just checked my GSF PSS tires again...

Guess what? The rear tires from my GSF only wore 2/32 for over 23K kms!!!(The total tire tread is 10/32) I used to wear out the rear tires(RE760) from my G35S at about 32K kms!!!

In fact PSS wears a little faster than RE760... (I used PSS for my G in the past once!!!) And, all summer performance tires such as PSS, RE760 will wear faster or much faster than any all season tires...

OMG... So the PSS tires from my GSF(467hp) may last 70K kms!!!

If I put all season tires on my GSF, I think they should last at least 80K kms!!! No wonder GSF's MPG is similar to G35S's...

GSF V8 467hp weight: 4000lb
G35S V6 310hp weight: 3500lb

Comparing with my Nissans I think my Toyota fancy toy is really tame most of time...

Of course, if my floor my GSF, it will become a beast immediately!!!

(but, 0-100km/h I think RS400 is still a little faster...)
