I just ordered Ohlins suspension for my GSF. The total price is 3800USD!!!
Believe it or not... The lead time is 4-6 weeks!!!
Again... I think I cannot drive any cars without those world-class performance suspension now!!!
My GSF ride height is already very low now. Therefore I will keep new Ohlins suspension as high as the factory height. And, I don't need any camber kits for the new suspension...
I think traction control could be very similar to ABS!!! Can you stop your car better without ABS than with ABS? I think the answer for 99.9...% of the drivers is NO!!! (except those professional racing drivers)
Similarly, can you drive your car faster with T/C off? I think the answer for the most of the drivers is also NO!!! I don't even try because it's TOO DANGEROUS on PUBLIC ROADS!!!
If I just checked the below video and found Mustang GT V8 only began to have response after about 3500rpm...
I think that clears my doubt on my son's very old G35S vs new Munstang GT... (This is Silicon Valley where is among the most rich areas in USA. So I can see A LOT of Mustang V8 around...)
I had a situation... I drove my son's old G and a new Mustang on my left side. We both stopped at an intersection and were waiting for the traffic light. When the traffic light turned green, we began to turn left side by side and then accelerated our cars after finishing the left turn. At that time my car was full load(all my family, four adults) and that Mustang was only one person(driver only)... Guess what??? My G was much faster???
I also felt that driver in Mustang stared at my old G with some confusion??? That driver didn't try to race with my G, either... Why? I think he found my exhaust was very quiet and engine sound was also very quiet... (I did NOT try to race with him... My rpm was only around 2500!!!)
You may say that Mustang just drove his car very slow??? I DON"T THINK SO!!! Why? Because I already heard the big noise from his exhaust!!! I think he already accelerate his car a bit aggressively but just NOT ENOUGH!!! (Probably have to pass 3500 or 4000 rpm)
