You need to put better oil and change oil more often...
In my opinion Nissan engine is not as refine as Toyota and Honda but you can feel its engine output is more powerful and easy to drive in daily use.(If you really push or race it, the output is the same actually) In addition, comparing with most of other brands Nissan engine is still superior...
