The below is modification list on G35S:

Light weight crank pulley
Before I buy GSF, I don't realize my OLD G35S is so good. I thought it's almost 11 years. I didn't replace any old factory parts except the above list. And I always drove it very quickly and hit brake very hard in the past because it's used and cheap when I bought it 8 years ago. All the old factory parts should become loose. No way OLD G35S can compete with GSF. But I'm WRONG!!!
I also tested 0-60 on OLD G35S 6 months ago. It's 5.05 seconds. I also tested brand new Q50 3.7 before. It was 5.3 at best. I also installed KW V3 on G35S before. I think KW is better than Bilstein. I usually change Coilover on my G35S every 3 years because I keep torturing it in the past. My previous ride was 2000 Maxima in Taiwan (it's also cheap used car and I also torture it for 6 years without problem until I moved to USA!!!). I really think Nissan's engineering is VERY VERY VERY good!
For newer cars like Q50/Q70 I'm not sure. I never own them but I believe that new Q50/Q70/Q70X have softer springs than previous generation because I test drive them before. I also think they give up some performance and become more refine, quiet and comfortable.
If you don't agree to my opinions, you can skip them. I'm almost 52 and like cars since I was 20. Maybe I'm wrong but so far I still believe the above statement. Thank you for reading these.
Stiffer springs = More Grip
Stiffer shocks = More confidence + little more/less grip but too stiff shocks will always lose grip like too stiff sway bars.
Maxima + Koni + H&R = BMW like handling
G35S + KW V3 + sway bar + braces = M/AMG like handling
GSF + Ohlins = Race machine (I think, haven't tried it yet) I will keep abusing this car in the future and expect it will last even longer than my previous Nissan
Of course all the above modification will lose some ride comfort. My G35S doesn't ride harshly. It just has more busy ride and I like it because I will feel the road all the time. The feedback from steering wheel on GSF is only whisper level but it becomes shouting loud on my G35S with only KW V3. KW V3 is really that good.
PS: I haven't received any tickets in USA/Canada for totally 13 years' driving time. I drive cars fast but cautious. I never have any accidents except one time which was really caused by me. That was not minor and happened 10 years ago in Taipei. It was caused by new (only 3K miles) but weak tires (GR80) in my 2000 Maxima. I did a four wheel drifting(90 km/h) at high speed corner on city expressway during a sunny day.
The tires didn't squeal at all when they began to drift. They just did it all of sudden. Luckily I didn't impact any other cars. The car body wasn't hit either. But I had to replace a lot of chassis parts like wheels, lower links, shocks, wheel bearings etc. After that I realized that tires were very important. The comfortable touring tires are not enough for me even though they are made in Japan. In addition, after replacing all those damaged parts, my 2000 Maxima still could get back factory wheel alignment without problems.
3.5 V6 + Nissan torquey engine + 3000rpm(no overdrive) + light weight crank pully = Superman
These cars are always in battle state on the highway. The throttle response is instant and better than my GSF. Of course if my GSF down shifts to lower gear, it will become faster. You may ask no overdrive will hurt fuel economy. Yes, it did. G35S got 11 km/l on the highway (my previous 2000 Maxima was 12 km/l). I think it is acceptable (thinking I can cruise like M3 on the highway and passing many cars without downshift). In addition, even though it run such high rpm on the highway all the time, I still cannot hear any engine noise in G35S(180K km) and M35X (even at 160 km/h).

Please be noted that Hawk hps does need more effort to stop when brake is cold and car is at low speed at the same time. Taiwan is warm most of time so this should be OK (my 2000 Maxima also installed it in Taipei. It was very good). Silicon Valley is not cold most of time, either.
