That's something really exciting to make the "magic" become "hero"
The instruction has been followed as below
1. rename the downloaded file to update.zip and place it in /sdcard
2. fastboot boot recovery-RAv1.img --> wipe, backup, and apply the update
3. install HTC_CIME if necessary
But I don't know how to execute the second step............
I pressed back+power then the screen shows three green androids in the bottom.
How to make it fastboot?
Is there anyone can help or post some instruction at least.

I finally figure out how to execute the second step
Please see the link below then you will have basic concept about fastboot

1. Apparently, if you wanna do the fastboot, you need to download SDK first
you can find "SDK -1.5 r2" on google easily
2. After you download and unzip the file, the "Fastboot" would be in the "tool" directory
use CMD(命令提示字元) to execute it.
Then the magic will become hero in few mins.........................
