The problem is the quality of chargeable apps available and whether or not they actually do what they are supposed to. In the UK one can buy goods “at a distance” and return the goods within 7 days if they are not suitable – no matter what the reason.

在英國，消費者可以"遠程購物"(郵購、網購等都算遠程)，如果商品不適合，都可在7天內退貨，無需任何理由。
法律也許是老舊，但守法是民主第一要務。
法有不妥可行政訴訟、申請救濟、要求修法，但就是不能自己決定不守法
否則就是重演幾十年前中華民族史上最大人禍：文化大革命

UK 政府的條款是這樣的. 看重點.
if you buy something without face-to-face contact, you will usually have a ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days. It lets you can cancel the order for any reason and get your money back.
