查到歐盟網站解釋遠距離購物14天退費新規定的例外說，"Digital goods, such as music, films or software programmes, will also be exempted from the right of withdrawal. The sale will be regarded as irreversible from the moment downloading begins."(大意：數位商品，像音樂、影片、程式等不在此限，此類交易從下載開始就不可逆)。

但也不能幾個死文字
就要不同行業性質的都要屈服
這樣一些無法尊守死板法律的行業
現實上將會陽奉陰為
應付一番
覺得台灣法律條文只要有除外條款
一切都不是問題了
