但以HK的來說的話, 由供應商寫的東東, 通過Master Reset後就會一一清掉~
反正樓主的TW Magic已經出國了, 中華電信的東東都已經用不了, 倒不如試試master reset吧~
又或者可以試試安裝ahome, open home或home switcher的軟件, 看看是不是中華電信有寫一個特別的home.
因為HK的magic也有這種狀況~如果從SMV買的magic, 是有特別的home來蓋過android原來的home

I have setup my APN by using some instruction from the Whirlpool forum (Australia's forum), in order to connected to Vodafone 3G.
But this APN did not help me to resolve the web page issue.
I have also tried Master Reset yesterday, but it didn't worked.

Meanwhile my magic has nothing wrong to connect to 3G, just the web browsing issue, anyway I can use Opera Mini atm till it fixed.

As far as I know, there is no any lock on ChungHwua Magic
All you need to do is to go finding any Vodaphone shop and ask them to show you other "HTC" phones (No matter WM or Android)
"Copy" that phone APN setting and it shall work
If NO, then it may related to IMEI
