第一個回覆的內容跟前面的兄台所得到的內容一樣 (大概是標準的 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE @@), GOOGLE TALK在走MCOOLMATE的FORCE PROXY目前是不能連的, 關掉才能連,我回說我刪掉了所有DATA/CACHE也一樣. ERROR 500/927.
第二個人要我回復手機的出廠設定, 我回說網路上有人試過無效.
第三個人回我把手機的PROXY內容清除掉, 他顯然沒能理解為什麼我一定要用 PROXY. 雖然我告訴他們我需要 PROXY才能讓網路工作正常.
目前試到 MCOOL 可自GOOGLE PLAY下載方法是使用 AUTOPROXY, 將代理伺服器指到國外的IP (在GOOGLE 使用關鍵字 "免費代理伺服器" 可以列出一堆.) 而這堆 IP 之中大概只有幾個是真正可用的, 目前試到少數香港, 加拿大跟美國的 IP 是可以連到 GOOGLE PLAY去下載的. 但要這麼試的兄台也請小心, 列出這些免費代理伺服器的網站也說, 有些不收錢的代理伺服器會"收集"使用者其他的資訊. = =
一個有趣的發現, 可以下載到檔案的 PROXY, 也可以登入 GOOGLE TALK; 但可以進到 GOOGLE TALK(例如不使用任何 FORCE PROXY的APP, 純MCOOL原始設定下), 卻未必可以下載到檔案.

- Unmount and remount the SD card (visit Menu > Settings > Storage >
Unmount SD card; then Remount SD card from the same menu, or restart the
device if the remount option isn't available)

不過目前為止看似負責的工程師都不太一樣，
其中有些建議解決的方式也跟先前回給我的工程師一樣，
清除快取、重新安裝google play、解除更新等等，
不過跟負責回應我的工程師討論的態度看來，
我覺得對方還滿有誠意想要解決這個問題的，
最近一次的討論工程師請我使用aLogCat這個app，
去擷取當我使用mcool 3G連線並且下載google play上的app時，
所產生錯誤訊息的全部過程，
並把aLogCat所產生的log檔回覆給他，他再從中找出可能的問題所在，
我自己也解讀了一下這個log檔，
雖然大部分我都看不懂......
不過從中有出現很多次下面這個訊息，
E/mode10 ( 1184): <2035> PlayMarker fail, marker 'loading_to_loaded' not found in control 'timeline.folder_apps' in file 'Port/rosie_folder.m10'
我不知道其中是不是包含了為什麼會出現error 500或927的訊息，
不過現在就只能等工程師是否能夠從中解決mcool連線google play的問題。
我也使用了autoproxy去更改不同的proxy host，有時候還會出現不同的錯誤碼(923)，
讓我感覺這真是個非常有意思的問題~
