並且希望以下的方法可以解決我們的問題。
我將回信的內容直接貼上來，各位可以自行嘗試一下，
我自己嘗試的結果是失敗的，不過也許是我的個案。
- Reboot your device
(重開機)
- Sign in and out of Google Talk repeatedly to restore connection to our servers:
(重複登入並登出google talk確保和google的連線正常，如下列步驟)
1. Go to your device’s app launcher, and press the Talk app
(打開google talk)
2. If you’re already signed into Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out
(如果你已經登入google talk了，請點選登出)
3. Launch Talk again to sign in (if you are unable to sign in, please let me know)
(重新開啟Talk，並且再次登入，[我可以登出登入google talk])
- Clear the cache of the Google Play Store app
(Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Play Store > Clear cache)
(清除google play store上的快取)
- If you're using WiFi, ensure firewalls are not blocking access to ports required for Google Play (TCP and UDP 5228) if not sure how to do this contact your internet provider or your carrier.
(這邊是針對WiFi卡住的疑問，不過我想大家應該都是針對mcool有問題)
- Confirm that there is strong connectivity on your device, and contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected
(確認你的3G連線很穩定，我是用youtube測試連線狀況)
- Uninstall updates to the Google Play Store app by visiting:
(Settings > Applications > Manage Applications, selecting "Play Store" under the "All" tab or filter and touching "Uninstall updates")
(刪除google play store的更新部份)
Have you installed an Android operating system on your device that has not been authorized by your device's manufacturer?
(最後，工程師質疑我們是否使用了非認證過的apps導致此問題，
不過我自己的經驗是，我在還沒root機子前就先遇到了error 500，
之後才嘗試root機子，結果還是error 500，
不知道目前有沒有人是沒root並且使用mcool的，
請說明一下你經過這些方案後的結果。)
我已經把一些我自己經過這些解決方案的結果回信給工程師，
希望之後可以有其他可用的方案~
